Overview

The TTR Backyard Ultra, organised by Time Trial Running, is a timed event in Chiajna, Romania, beginning on April 17, 2027. Runners have 45 hours to complete as many loops as possible. The course has a remarkably flat 20 meters of elevation gain per loop, making it flatter than 100% of 50k races.

The race features two distinct loops. The day loop follows a lake on a varied surface of asphalt, concrete, grass, sand, tartan, and trail. The night loop, along a river, is entirely asphalt and fully lit, a distinction found in only 4% of timed events. The 20 Euro entry fee is lower than 100% of similar events.
