Race information is a starting point, not an entry form
Race records here are aggregated from public sources and organisers' own sites. Dates move, courses are re-routed, entry windows close early, and reported elevation figures are often inconsistent. The organiser is always the authoritative source. Confirm every detail with them before you enter, book travel, or make plans that cost you money. We do not organise, endorse, or guarantee entry to any event listed, and we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on a listing.
Training plans and health
Training plans, calculators and nutrition guidance on this site are general information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice. Ultra running carries real risks — cardiac events, heat illness, hyponatraemia, overuse injury among them. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training programme, particularly if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. You train and race at your own risk.
