Overview
Held in Langenhagen, Germany, the Kananoher FortyFive (4x3) covered 45 km on wide, paved forest paths through mixed woodland, repeating a set of three distinct loops four times. With 200 meters of total elevation gain working out to just 4.4 meters of climb per kilometer, the flat terrain offered continuous running without significant vertical resistance.
The 8-hour time limit enforced a cutoff pace of 10.7 minutes per kilometer, making it tighter than 76% of marathon cut-offs and more generous than 24%. For an entry fee of 15 Euro, the race gathered 38 finishers in 2025, leaving it bigger than 46% of marathon fields and smaller than 52%.
