Overview
The Naeba-Sanroku Geopark Tsunan Ultramarathon 64K, a road race organised by Sports Aid Japan, took place in Tsunan, Niigata Pref., Japan. It has been held 10 times since 2015, with the latest edition in July 2026 seeing 68 finishers.
With 1800m of elevation gain over 64km, the course had 28.1m of climb per kilometre. The 12-hour time limit meant a cut-off pace of 11.3 minutes per kilometre, a cut-off tighter than 49% of 50-mile races but more generous than 51%. The field was bigger than 63% of 50-mile fields, and smaller than 37%.
